Free Coaching Software for Solo Coaches

Free for up to three clients. No card required.
01
Free for three clients, with nothing held back
Another Session is free for up to three clients. There is no end date, no card at sign up, and no feature kept behind an upgrade. The free plan is the whole product, running at the size most coaches start at.
Most people land here teaching two or three people privately, alongside a job or at the start of going out on their own. That is a real practice with real admin, and it deserves better than a notebook and a calendar that forget each other.
02
What you can run without paying
Every feature is on. These are the parts you will use in the first week.
One record per client
Sessions, notes, rate, package balance and payment history on a single page, so you open one thing before a lesson instead of four.
Session notes in under a minute
Type or dictate on your phone while you walk back to the car. Next time you open the client, last week is right there at the top.
Packages and payments tracked
A count that goes down as you teach, and a clear list of who still owes you. You will know someone is on their last session before you say hello.
Automatic client reminders
An email before each session, sent for you. Your clients need no app and no login.
Monthly summaries you approve
A draft written from your own notes. You read it, adjust it, then send. Nothing reaches a client until you say so.
A calendar feed and exports
Sessions appear in the calendar you already use, and your clients and notes export whenever you want them.
03
A normal week on the free plan
Three clients is small, but it is not simple. Here is what the week looks like once everything lives in one place.
Monday morning your first client gets a reminder without you touching anything. You arrive, open her record, and read the two lines you wrote last Tuesday about the serve toss. The session starts where the last one finished.
Wednesday you finish a lesson two minutes late and dictate a note in the car park. The package count drops to two remaining, so you mention it at the door rather than in an awkward message later.
Sunday you check who has paid. The list is on one screen, with the unpaid session sitting at the top in amber. You send one message instead of scrolling through a bank app trying to remember rates.
None of that costs anything until you take on a fourth client.
04
When you grow, the plan is one flat price
Unlimited clients is {price} a month, flat, however many people you teach. No per client fee, no tiers to climb.
Your free clients, sessions and notes carry straight over. If you ever cancel, nothing is deleted. You keep everything you wrote and simply stop adding clients beyond the first three.
The free plan is not a trial of the thing you want. It is the thing you want, at the size you are now.
Frequently asked questions.
Is Another Session really free?
Yes. Up to three clients, every feature included, no card at sign up and no end date. Unlimited clients is £8 a month if and when you grow.
What happens when I take on a fourth client?
Everything you already have keeps working. Another Session asks you to move to the unlimited plan before the fourth client is added. Nothing is locked or deleted in the meantime.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Reminders arrive by email and a client link opens without a login or an app. The admin stays with you, which is where clients prefer it.
Does the free plan limit how many sessions I can log?
No. The limit is on clients, not sessions. Teach three people as often as you like, with unlimited notes and full history.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, at any time, on any plan. Clients, sessions and notes export without asking anyone.
Is it built for personal trainers and tutors too?
Yes. Solo trainers, tutors, music teachers and instructors all need the same things: one client record, fast notes, package and payment tracking, and reminders that send themselves.
