Do I need a card to start?

No. Every account starts with 30 days of unlimited clients, with no payment details. After that, Free keeps every feature for up to three clients, for as long as you like. You only add payment details if you choose Complete.

Yes. Up to three clients, every feature included, with no time limit and no card. It is not a trial that quietly stops working.

What happens when I reach the fourth client?

During your 30-day trial, add as many clients as you need. After the trial, Free covers up to three clients. For a fourth, choose Complete at £8/month for unlimited clients, with the same features.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

Accepted Answer

The trial starts when you first add a client or record a session. It gives you unlimited clients, not extra features, because every feature is already on Free. When it ends, your account moves to Free and you are never charged automatically. If you have more than three clients when the trial ends, nothing is deleted and everything stays readable. Editing pauses until you choose Complete or delete clients until you have three or fewer. Upgrading restores full working access straight away.

Can I pay for a year at once?

Yes. Complete is £8 a month, or £80 a year, which is two months free. Both include unlimited clients and exactly the same features. You can cancel a yearly plan at any time and keep access until the end of the year you paid for.

What is included in the plan?

Accepted Answer

Everything, on both plans. Unlimited sessions, session notes, recurring schedules, packages and billing, payment tracking, reminders, threads and progress updates, analytics, import and export. There are no feature tiers, add-ons or per-client charges.

Is there an iPhone or Android app?

Yes. Another Session is built mobile-first. Open anothersession.app in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android and tap "Add to Home Screen". It opens full screen with its own app icon, with no App Store download required.

Do I need to replace my booking tool?

Accepted Answer

No. Another Session works alongside whichever booking arrangement you already use, whether that is a scheduling tool, email or messages. It holds the client records, notes, packages, payments and progress updates.

Does Another Session process client payments?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you want it. Connect your own Stripe account in Settings and clients can pay by card from their client page or invoice. The money goes straight to your Stripe account and the session is marked paid on its own. Stripe charges its standard card fee, and Another Session adds no fee of its own. You can still take bank transfers, cash or your own payment link and mark those as paid.

Can I import my existing clients?

Yes. Paste a client list or upload a CSV, review every row, then import the clients you want.

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
